Thursday Thoughts - Goals

Journal Prompt – Set a goal, write it down, and release the outcome. Small steps make a big difference. What are your goals? People have a habit of setting a goal and only working with the outcome in mind. They don’t work through the entire process, living each moment. Try making mini goals instead. A goal marking each step towards the big goal. Celebrate every moment of the process!

 

I am currently going through this right now! Some big things are happening in my life right now and although it’s a dream come true, it has many layers of emotion to it. Happiness, stress, anger, sadness, excitement. This process has been about growth, changing how things get handled or how we react to things. It teaches patience. It tells us to celebrate the little wins as they come along. Just yesterday we got a phone call that we didn’t think we were going to get, and it gave us hope and taught us to just keep hanging on. All dreams are worth pursuing, you just have to put the work in and grow through the process, not just “go” through it.
